Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based at the Saket District Centre. The Legal Intern will support the legal team in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements related to logistics, warehousing, and transportation services. Responsibilities include assisting in legal research on regulatory and compliance issues, preparing and organizing legal documents, and maintaining accurate records and files. The role involves supporting internal stakeholders with legal queries, helping identify and mitigate legal risks, and coordinating with external legal partners when required. The intern will collaborate closely with the legal and operations teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to understand and interpret statutes and regulations relevant to logistics and commercial operations.
- Experience or coursework in Legal Consulting and handling Legal Issues, with an interest in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, notices, and internal legal documentation.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present legal information clearly to non-legal stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site at Saket District Centre, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Familiarity with Indian corporate, commercial, and labor laws, and interest in logistics or supply chain sectors is an advantage.
