We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruiter with strong recruitment and client-handling experience.
✅ Strong experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
✅ Existing client relationships / active client accounts
✅ Strong LinkedIn network & professional connections
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Good understanding of IT technologies and technical JDs
✅ Strong candidate sourcing, screening & coordination skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
• Source and screen quality IT candidates
• Understand client requirements and manage candidate submissions
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
• Manage existing client accounts and generate new requirements
• Coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities
• Achieve successful recruitment closures
• Use LinkedIn, job portals and Boolean search for candidate sourcing
⭐ Preferred Experience
• IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience
• Experience in Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
