About the role
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive hiring across corporate, business, operations, and specialized roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidates for role and culture fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, offer negotiations, and closure.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Contribute to improving OZi's hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
