Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage end-to-end hiring mandates, including leadership and critical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong business understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to attract and close high-quality talent.
The role requires experience working in a structured corporate environment, with a good understanding of recruitment governance, compensation benchmarking, internal parity, and offer approval processes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: Independently manage corporate hiring mandates, from understanding business requirements and sourcing candidates to offer management and closure.
Leadership and critical hiring: Drive leadership, niche, and business-critical hiring mandates with a focus on quality and timely closures.
Stakeholder management: Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and talent priorities.
Candidate engagement: Build strong candidate relationships, effectively communicate the organisation's value proposition, and demonstrate excellent candidate-selling and negotiation skills.
Recruitment governance: Manage structured hiring processes, including position approvals, Delegation of Authority (DOA), compensation benchmarking, internal parity checks, and offer approvals.
Business understanding: Develop a clear understanding of business functions and talent requirements to ensure relevant candidate mapping and effective hiring decisions.
Metrics and reporting: Track recruitment performance through key metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, hiring turnaround time, and mandate closure rates.
Process excellence: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, approval workflows, and internal hiring standards while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
5–8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition, with flexibility to consider strong candidates with 4–5 years of experience.
Experience in large, structured organisations, preferably across FMCG, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or allied industries.
Strong hands-on experience in corporate recruitment, including leadership and critical hiring mandates.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage hiring requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand hiring needs beyond the job description.
Excellent candidate engagement, selling, negotiation, and offer-closure skills.
Working knowledge of structured recruitment processes, including position approvals, DOA, compensation benchmarking, internal parity, and offer approvals.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders and hiring managers.
A metrics-driven approach, with clear examples of recruitment performance, hiring outcomes, and process improvements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from established FMCG, consumer, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar large organisations.
Professionals with a strong foundation in core Corporate Talent Acquisition and experience managing end-to-end hiring independently.
Candidates who can demonstrate ownership of critical mandates, strong stakeholder relationships, and measurable recruitment outcomes.
Important: This role is best suited for core Talent Acquisition professionals. Candidates whose experience is predominantly in HR generalist, HR Business Partner, or broader HR operations responsibilities, with limited hands-on exposure to structured corporate recruitment, may not be the right fit.
