Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / HR Recruiter Location: Noida - Head Office Experience: 4-5 Years (Min 3 Years in Healthcare Recruitment) Salary: Up to 35kJob Summary: We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our Noida HO who can handle Non-Clinical / Non-Medical hiring for our healthcare vertical.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end Non-Clinical recruitment - Operations, Admin, Finance, HR, Sales, Front Office etc.Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other portals.Screening, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.Coordination with hiring managers and timely closures.Maintain recruitment MIS and database.Desired Profile:Graduate / MBA in HR.4-5 Years of experience in recruitment with at least 3 years in Healthcare / Hospital hiring.Must have handled Non-Clinical hiring.Excellent communication skills - Mandatory.Immediate joiner preferred.Willing to work from Noida HO.Budget: 35k Max
