🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. Candidates with prior EdTech / Education / Training Institute sales experience will be highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students/customers.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve conversions.
✅ Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development.
- EdTech / Education / Training Institute experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates based in Chennai are preferred.
💰 Compensation & Performance Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
🎯 Target: ₹20,00,000 monthly revenue
🏆 On achieving the ₹20,00,000 target:
₹10,000 Fixed Salary + ₹30,000 Performance Bonus
🔥 Above ₹20,00,000 Target:
Additional Incentives will be provided based on the applicable incentive structure.
