Motorcycle Sales Executive – Premium & Lifestyle Bikes | Jawa Yezdi BSA

We are looking for passionate, confident and customer-focused professionals who understand motorcycles, enjoy interacting with enthusiasts and can turn a customer enquiry into an exceptional buying experience.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives

🏍️ Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in premium and lifestyle motorcycle brands are strongly preferred, including:
- Royal Enfield
- Triumph
- Honda BigWing
- Other reputed premium / lifestyle motorcycle dealerships
- Established two-wheeler or automobile brands
1–3 years of experience in motorcycle or automobile sales is preferred.
However, exceptional freshers with strong communication skills, customer-handling ability and genuine knowledge and passion for motorcycles are also welcome to apply.
🎯 Your Role
- Welcome and engage walk-in and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, riding preferences and budget.
- Recommend the right Jawa, Yezdi or BSA motorcycle based on customer needs.
- Conduct product presentations and explain motorcycle features, specifications and benefits.
- Coordinate and conduct test rides.
- Handle enquiries received through walk-ins, calls and digital leads.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories and delivery teams.
- Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
👤 What You Need
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Genuine passion for motorcycles and the premium two-wheeler segment.
- Previous motorcycle / automobile sales experience preferred.
- Experience with Royal Enfield, Triumph, Honda BigWing or similar premium/lifestyle motorcycle brands will be an advantage.
- Good product presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
