Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and follow up on inquiries from industrial, construction, and road safety customers. The role involves preparing and sharing quotations, maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, addressing product and pricing queries, and supporting the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. The position also requires regular communication with existing and prospective clients to understand requirements and suggest suitable products from the company’s portfolio.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle calls, emails, and client interactions professionally.
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, upselling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in industrial supplies, safety products, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field preferred.
