Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities across the Pune region
• Promote international air and sea freight, customs clearance, transportation and warehousing services
• Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling and professional networking
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve monthly sales and gross-profit targets
• Submit regular sales reports and market updates
Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics
• Good knowledge of the Pune industrial market
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently
