Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Trainee role is based at Sabine Hospital in Muvattupuzha. The Human Resources Trainee will support day-to-day HR activities such as assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping to onboard new team members. The role includes supporting the implementation of HR policies, helping coordinate employee benefits and welfare activities, and assisting with attendance and leave tracking. The trainee will help organize training sessions, staff engagement initiatives, and performance documentation under the guidance of senior HR team members. This position offers hands-on exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment and opportunities for learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with a strong interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to support HR Management tasks such as recruitment assistance, onboarding coordination, and basic performance documentation.
- Understanding of HR Policies and compliance, with the capacity to help communicate and implement policies consistently.
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and welfare programs, with the ability to assist in benefits administration and employee queries.
- Basic Personnel Management skills, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant education).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn hospital HR systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Muvattupuzha and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary hospital teams.
