Role Description The Human Resources Trainee will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding coordination, and employee records management. This full-time on-site role, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, involves helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation. The trainee will collaborate with HR management on tasks related to attendance tracking, benefits administration support, and basic personnel queries. The role also includes preparing HR-related reports, contributing to process improvements, and learning standard HR practices under guidance from senior team members.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining employee records.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and basic HR documentation processes.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (degree or ongoing studies preferred).
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
