Role Description The Human Resources and People Performance Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities related to talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help coordinate onboarding activities, support performance tracking initiatives, and contribute to internal communication and employee feedback processes. Additional tasks may include maintaining HR documentation, supporting HR analytics and reporting, and collaborating on projects that enhance workplace culture and team development. This is an internship role, based on-site in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in hospitality, travel, or luxury services, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
