🚀 We’re Hiring | HR Intern
LeadsZone is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.
📌 Role: HR Intern
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Job Type: Full-Time Internship
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000/month
What You’ll Do
- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Post job vacancies on Internshala, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
- Support attendance and leave management
- Prepare HR-related documents and communications
- Follow up with candidates and employees
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations
What We’re Looking For
✅ Educational background in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Management, BBA, or Commerce
✅ Proficiency in English – spoken and written
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅ Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi
✅ Good organizational and follow-up skills
✅ Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
✅ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Ability to work effectively in a professional environment
