Role Description
The HR Talent Intern will support day-to-day recruitment and human resources activities in a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. Responsibilities include assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate and employee records. The intern will help coordinate onboarding activities, support the implementation of HR policies and processes, and contribute to employee engagement and benefits-related communication. The role also involves preparing HR reports, updating databases, and collaborating with senior HR team members on talent management initiatives and employer branding tasks. This position is designed to provide practical exposure to HR operations, talent acquisition, and people management in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HR or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial but not required.
