🚀 We’re Hiring: HR (Sales Hiring Specialist) | Lockene (Autonomous CRM)
We’re building Lockene — an AI-first Autonomous CRM that executes sales workflows end-to-end.
Now we’re looking for an HR who doesn’t just hire, but understands how great sales teams are built.
🔍 Role: HR – Sales Hiring (SaaS Focus)💰 CTC: ₹6.50–₹7.00 Lakh per annum

💼 Experience: 3–7 years
Working Days: MONDAY - SATURDAY
Note: This role is based in Mira Road, Mumbai; therefore, only candidates comfortable with this location should apply.
🎯 What you’ll own:
- End-to-end hiring for SDRs, BDRs, AEs (SaaS / B2B)
- Building strong sales talent pipelines
- Understanding ICP for sales roles (not just resumes)
- Fast execution — from sourcing to offer closure
- Collaborating with founders on hiring strategy
⚡ What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience hiring for SaaS/tech sales roles
- Strong understanding of sales metrics (quota, conversion, pipeline)
- Ability to assess candidates beyond keywords
- Speed + ownership mindset

- Generalist HR without sales hiring exposure
- Resume screeners without business understanding
