- Lead HR Strategy & Team
- Direct and mentor the HR team to deliver high performance and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
- Develop capabilities and growth opportunities for HR professionals.
- Drive Recruitment Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top-quality hires.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with Indian labour laws.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance Employee Engagement
- Design and implement engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
- Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Optimize HR Operations
- Supervise payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Leverage HR technologies (HRMS/ATS) to streamline and automate processes.
- Champion Performance & Development
- Build and implement performance management frameworks.
- Promote learning and development initiatives aligned with career growth.
- Align HR with Business Goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate HR strategy with business objectives.
- Innovate HR Practices
- Introduce and drive adoption of modern HR tools and practices.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-spectrum HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and systems implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws (including state-specific regulations).
- Proven success in managing HRMS implementations and migrations (e.g., Zoho, Spine, Oracle HCM, Darwin Box, KEKA).
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive organizational change.
- In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws, including state-specific regulations.
- Strong grasp of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CHRP) preferred.
