🚀 We're Hiring: HR & Talent Acquisition Manager
📍 Location: Mumbai Suburbs (Andheri / Goregaon / Malad)

KAROFI is one of Vietnam's leading smart home appliance and water purification brands, and we're building our India team from the ground up.
We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and hands-on HR & Talent Acquisition Manager who wants to play a key role in building a high-performance organization during an exciting growth phase.
What You'll DoTalent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Promoters, Service Engineers, Customer Support, and Corporate teams.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, consultants, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring with business leaders.
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, induction, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Maintain HRMS and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll.
- Manage attendance, leave, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws.
Performance & Culture
- Develop KPIs and KRAs.
- Manage probation reviews and performance appraisal cycles.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Help build a positive, performance-driven culture.
What We're Looking For
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- 3–6 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience
- Experience hiring sales and field-service teams
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage)
