JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 6months –3 years of relevant experience to manage core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Employee documentation and lifecycle management
- PF & ESI handling and statutory compliance
- HR operations and employee support activities
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in HR operations
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, and compliance processes
- End-user experience in SAP will be a strong advantage
