Series A Hiring is a Mumbai-based recruitment firm that hires for India's fastest-growing startups. We work directly with founders and leadership teams to close roles across sales, marketing, finance and operations.
The role
The associate works on live hiring mandates end to end - understanding role briefs, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates through to joining.
Responsibilities
- Understand client briefs and role requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen profiles and conduct first-level conversations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Maintain candidate trackers and follow up through the process
Who should apply
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple roles at once
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Work mode: In-office, 6 days a week
Internship
Hours: 11am-7pm
Pay: Rs 25,000-30,000 per month
Full-time
Hours: 11am-7pm
