Business Development Associate – Fresh GraduatesRemote | Full-Time | 3–6 Month Internship | ₹5,000/month

openjobs is looking for graduates who are ready to start their careers in Business Development. This is a full-time role, not a part-time student internship.
You'll work directly with our founding team to find new clients, build relationships, generate leads, and help grow our AI startup.
We're looking for someone who is confident, creative, proactive, and committed. If you perform well, our goal is to convert you into a full-time member of the team within 3–6 months.
What You'll Do
- Find and research potential clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Connect with prospects and build relationships
- Schedule meetings and demos
- Identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the founding team on growth initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates actively looking for a job
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people
- Creative problem solver who takes initiative
- Willing to learn and take ownership
- Backlogs are absolutely not a problem
