Tara Aspire Consulting is looking for a motivated Freelance Recruitment & Business Development Associate to join us on a commission-based model.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to earn through performance without the restrictions of a traditional full-time role.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients for recruitment mandates
• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, calls, email and networking
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate recruitment assignments
• Source and screen suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Support successful closure of recruitment assignments
Compensation
100% Performance / Commission Based

👤 Who Can Apply?
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Business Development preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with calling, LinkedIn outreach and client follow-ups
• Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently
