Role Description The Franchise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving franchise expansion and building strong franchise partner relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying franchise leads, conducting meetings and presentations with prospective partners, and guiding them through the franchise sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to agreement closure. The role involves developing and executing franchise sales strategies, supporting business planning for new outlets, and coordinating with internal teams on site selection, commercial negotiations, and launch timelines. The Franchise Sales Manager will also monitor franchise performance, provide ongoing support, and ensure brand standards and operational guidelines are consistently maintained.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Franchise Sales and Franchising skills, with experience in scaling franchise networks or similar business models.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning and Lead Generation skills, including market analysis, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build long-term partner relationships.
- Relevant experience in food & beverage, retail, or franchised businesses is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and travel as required within the region.
