Xuman.AI is hiring a Founding Growth Marketing Lead. Remote (India). Immediate joiners only.

The opportunity
Marketing here starts at line one. No inherited playbook, no agency to inherit it from. You build the channels that bring people in, you find the ones nobody has tried yet, and you shape how Xuman.AI grows for years, not quarters.
This is the role that turns a product people love into a product people find.
It is for someone with real passion for consumer tech and for connecting people at scale.
What you'll own:
- The voice of Xuman.AI in the wild, across every channel worth being on
- The content engine: the ideas, the output, the taste
- The channels that actually move people, tested, measured, kept or killed
- The growth story, from the first stranger who hears of us to the user who tells three friends
Must have:
- Three or more years growing something real, with the numbers to show it moved
- Creative range: you can write, you can make, you can carry an idea from spark to shipped
- Personal handles that are alive; if you can grow your own audience, you can grow ours
- Written English sharp enough that a stranger keeps reading
- Hands-on with the tools of the craft, Canva and Figma among them; you design, not just delegate
- AI tools every day. Not optional; this is how we work.

- Short-form video, shot and cut by you
- SEO and discoverability
- Community and creator collaborations
You will not run someone else's growth. You will build ours, and lead it.
