We're looking for an AI-native Content & Growth lead who is passionate about creating high-quality content at scale using AI, video editing, and data-driven experimentation. This isn't a traditional social media role. You'll own our organic content strategy across multiple platforms, turning ideas, meetings, and raw content into engaging posts, videos, and thought leadership that grows our brand and audience.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute our organic content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and blogs.
- Transform ideas, recordings, and voice notes into compelling content including short-form videos, reels, carousels, blogs, and founder thought leadership.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies to accelerate content creation without compromising quality.
- Edit engaging videos with strong hooks, captions, motion graphics, and storytelling that maximize viewer retention.
- Analyze content performance, identify winning strategies, and continuously optimize for growth and engagement.
- Build scalable content systems and workflows that increase speed and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in content marketing, organic social media, or growth marketing.
- Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and improve performance.
- Self-starter who thrives on testing ideas, spotting trends, and driving measurable results.
