Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, daily operations, and special projects across product, marketing, and community-building functions. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, tracking key metrics, and assisting in planning and execution of creator and brand campaigns. The intern will help coordinate community events, meetings, and cross-functional communication, while contributing ideas to improve processes and drive growth in the creator ecosystem. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a high level of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, reports, emails, and internal documentation.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, such as spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration tools, and social media.
- Demonstrated interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, digital media, or startup ecosystems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful approach.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented mindset, with openness to feedback and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
