About the role:
We’re looking for an Founder’s Associate someone who doesn’t just manage tasks, but takes ownership and makes things happen. You’ll be the person who keeps the CEO one step ahead, connects the dots, chases what needs chasing, solves problems, and turns ideas into action.
Your job isn't to manage the CEO's time.
It's to help him spend it where it matters most.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and prioritise the founder’s time, commitments and key priorities
2. Bring structure and clarity to multiple moving pieces
3. Track decisions, follow-ups and important action points
4. Coordinate across teams, clients and external stakeholders
5. Research, analyse and support business decisions
6. Help drive special projects from idea to execution
7. Identify inefficiencies and build simpler, smarter ways of working
8. Anticipate what needs to happen next rather than waiting to be told
Who We're Looking For:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
3. Natural ability to prioritise and declutter
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
5. High ownership and attention to detail
6. Curiosity, speed and a willingness to learn
7. Discretion and maturity when handling confidential information
8. Someone who enjoys solving problems rather than simply completing tasks
