About TapStock
TapStock is building a technology-led procurement and fulfilment platform for the interior, architecture and construction ecosystem.
We are looking for a Co-founder – Operations to build and own our operations function from scratch across warehouse, inventory, fulfilment, delivery and customer experience.
Mission: Build operations that can handle 10X volume without adding 10X people.
What you'll own
- Build warehouse, inventory and fulfilment operations from scratch.
- Own Order → Stock → Picking → QC → Packing → Dispatch → Delivery.
- Design and optimise our last-mile delivery model.
- Build SOPs, processes and operating metrics.
- Hire and build the operations team as we scale.
- Work closely with Product & Technology to automate manual processes.
- Continuously improve speed, accuracy and operational efficiency.
Who we're looking for
Quick Commerce experience is mandatory.
We are specifically looking for operators who have worked in high-speed Quick Commerce environments and understand warehouse/dark-store, fulfilment and last-mile operations.
Preferred companies: Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, Shadowfax, Porter or similar businesses.
You should have:
- 5–12 years of overall experience with meaningful Quick Commerce experience.
- Hands-on operational experience, not just MIS/reporting exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building processes and teams.
- Comfort working closely with Product & Technology.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.

Reporting
