🔥 We Are Hiring for 6 Specialized Roles
1. Digital Marketing & Growth Expert
- Strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate marketing, deal sites, influencer marketing, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Ability to identify and optimize maximum customer touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution, conversion, and profitable growth.
- Experience scaling brands through performance marketing and innovative growth channels.
2. Finance, Budgeting & Working Capital Expert
- Strong command of financial planning, budgeting, investment evaluation, and cash flow management.
- Expertise in accounts receivable, collections, reconciliation, and working capital optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and payment follow-up skills.
- Ability to improve financial efficiency and build strong financial controls.
3. E-commerce Business Growth & P&L Owner
- Proven experience scaling businesses across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Quick Commerce, and D2C.
- Strong ownership of revenue, profitability, unit economics, CM1, CM2, and overall P&L.
- Expertise in pricing, category growth, marketplace operations, and contribution margin improvement.
- Ability to build scalable, profitable businesses rather than just chase GMV.
4. Supply Chain & Logistics Cost Optimization Expert
- Expertise in SCM, inventory planning, warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics.
- Strong experience optimizing logistics costs, especially for Quick Commerce.
- Understanding of inventory movement, replenishment, dark-store supply, and last-mile economics.
- Ability to improve supply chain efficiency while reducing cost per order.
5. Founder's Office – E-commerce / D2C
- Prior experience in a founder's office, preferably at an e-commerce, D2C, or consumer brand company.
- Ability to work directly with leadership on strategic initiatives, business expansion, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong analytical, financial, operational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable converting business ideas into execution plans and measurable outcomes.
6. Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce Advertising Expert
- Deep expertise in Amazon Ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or other Quick Commerce advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, keyword ranking, campaign structures, and advertising profitability.
- Ability to scale advertising revenue while protecting contribution margins.
