Role Description The Financial Modelling - Subject Matter Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. The individual in this position will design and deliver curriculum on financial modelling, financial planning, and related finance topics through workshops, classes, and practical projects. Daily responsibilities include developing course materials and case studies, guiding learners through financial models, reviewing assignments, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves collaborating with the academic and content teams to update learning content, ensuring alignment with current industry practices and standards. The Subject Matter Expert will also support doubt-clearing sessions, participate in webinars, and help maintain high-quality learning outcomes for all participants.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, with a solid understanding of core financial concepts and valuation techniques.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in building, testing, and interpreting complex financial models.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, with the ability to analyze and explain financial statements and reporting standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, with the ability to teach, present, and simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, or financial analysis, preferably with demonstrable financial modelling work.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools, or financial modelling software); familiarity with data visualization is beneficial.
- Ability to design structured learning content, manage classroom sessions, and support learners with varying levels of prior knowledge.
