Role Description The Business Officer for Two Wheeler Finance will manage end-to-end financing processes for electric two-wheelers, including lead generation, customer onboarding, and loan application processing. Daily responsibilities include explaining finance products, assessing customer eligibility, verifying documentation, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with dealers, addressing customer queries, and tracking portfolio performance to support business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra, requiring regular interaction with customers and partners at designated locations.

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer profiles, evaluate financial risks, and interpret data for decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal communication skills to explain finance options clearly and build trust.
- Customer service skills to provide responsive support, handle concerns professionally, and enhance overall experience.
- Business acumen to understand retail finance operations, dealer networks, and revenue-focused activities.
- Knowledge of consumer lending or vehicle finance, preferably in two-wheeler or EV segments.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage multiple cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and finance-related software for application processing and reporting.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
