Operations Associate - MIYO

About MIYO:

As we grow, we're looking for an Operations Associate to work directly with the founders and help drive the day-to-day operations of the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting daily operations across outlets and the central kitchen
• Ensuring SOPs are followed and helping improve operational processes
• Creating and maintaining SOP documentation
• Managing inventory, stock planning, ordering, and vendor coordination
• Supporting central kitchen setup, production planning, and recipe management
• Assisting with new product launches and operational execution
• Spending time on-ground to ensure teams, systems, and service standards are running smoothly
• Working closely with the founders on projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Who we're looking for:
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good with Excel / Google Sheets
• Happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved on-ground when needed
