Job Summary.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day operations, factory activities, production coordination, logistics, export documentation, and order execution across B2B and B2C channels.
The role requires strong leadership skills, with responsibility for managing the operations team and overseeing overall factory functioning to ensure smooth production and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
Factory & Team Management.
Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the factory.
Lead, manage, and coordinate the operations and production teams.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Coordinate between production, warehouse, logistics, and other departments.
Identify operational bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production and delivery schedules.
2.
Order & Pre-Production Management.
Prepare and monitor Order Sheets and Pre-Production documents for B2B and B2C orders.
Coordinate with production and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Track order status and follow up on pending activities.
Ensure production schedules are aligned with customer delivery commitments.
3.
Invoicing & Export Documentation.
Prepare invoices and supporting documents for export shipments.
Handle documentation for B2B and B2C shipments.
Coordinate and ensure timely shipping bill submission.
Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and complete.
4.
Logistics Management.
Coordinate logistics and courier bookings for B2B and B2C shipments.
Manage and follow up with logistics partners for pickups, dispatches, and deliveries.
Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics-related issues.
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
5.
MIS & Reporting.
Prepare and review regular MIS reports covering orders, production, inventory, and shipments.
Monitor operational performance through data and reports.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
6.
Material & Inventory Coordination.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, buttons, zippers, and other production materials.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to avoid material shortages.
Ensure material availability does not impact production schedules.
Requirements.
10+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Logistics, or Apparel/Garment Manufacturing.
Strong experience in factory and team management.
Proven ability to manage multiple departments and operational activities.
Good knowledge of B2B/B2C order processing and logistics.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
Experience with export documentation and shipping processes preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take complete ownership of operations.
