Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Documentation role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing export documentation in line with international trade regulations and customer requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and manufacturing partners to gather necessary shipment and regulatory information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of export and customs documents, and maintaining organized records for audits and compliance. The role also includes communicating with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to track shipments, resolve documentation-related queries, and support smooth export operations. The individual will be expected to monitor regulatory updates relevant to export markets and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Export Documentation skills with knowledge of export procedures, compliance requirements, and shipment-related paperwork.
- Candidates should possess Export and , including familiarity with international trade terms, logistics coordination, and basic customs regulations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical exports, particularly in handling regulatory and quality documentation, is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines are essential.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic
