Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing export documentation in line with regulatory and customer requirements. The Export Coordinator will coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders for ocean exports, track shipments, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Daily activities include communicating with international customers and internal teams, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate records in export systems. The role also involves supporting compliance checks, updating stakeholders on shipment status, and contributing to process improvements in export operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Ocean freight processes and international shipping practices.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in export coordination, logistics, or international trade is beneficial.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, incoterms, and trade compliance is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic data entry or ERP systems is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
