Job Opening – Import Operations Executive
Arena Worldwide Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Import Operations Executive who can independently handle import shipments from booking to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Manage and book import shipments through FedEx and overseas agents.
* Handle import LCL and FCL shipments from origin to final delivery.
* Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
* Prepare and verify import checklists and Bill of Entry (BOE) documentation.
* Have a good understanding of customs tariffs, SIMS, and other import-related regulations and procedures.
* Ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of shipments.
Job Location: Old Railway Road, Gurgaon, Haryana.
