Mea Cuisine Saine (MCS) is hiring Experienced Sales Executives — Gym Partnerships & Field Sales.

Responsibilities
• Identify and approach local gyms and prospective customers.
• Present MCS offerings professionally, understand customer needs and manage follow-ups.
• Support gym partnership onboarding, member enquiries and customer renewals.
• Plan field visits and maintain accurate lead, visit and sales records.
• Work towards agreed sales goals and coordinate with the team for reliable service.
• Represent MCS with integrity and use approved company communication and payment processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience in field sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with local customers and gym owners.
• Good organisation, reliable follow-up and confidence using basic digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for field work. Familiarity with the regional market is an advantage.
• Food, hospitality, fitness or consumer-service sales experience is an advantage.
Compensation and support
• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• Approved travel/petrol reimbursement at actuals, capped at ₹4,000 per month.
• Mobile allowance: ₹500 per month.
• Performance incentives: ₹300 per qualifying productive gym, ₹100 per eligible new subscription and ₹50 per eligible first renewal, subject to verified, non-refunded business and company incentive terms.
• Accommodation may be provided for suitable outstation candidates, subject to availability and agreed terms.
