Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:30 AM IST)
Roles & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified engineering professionals for US-based clients.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles including RTL Designers, FPGA Engineers, ASIC/VLSI Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Aircraft Designers, Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineers.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on domain expertise and project experience.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and provide timely recruitment updates.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain an organized candidate database.
