- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Work on various IT/Non IT technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce, Full Stack technologies, Manufacturing, Construction, Mechanical.. etc.,
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and clients.
- Ensure daily submission targets and hiring metrics are achieved.
