Roles You'll Recruit For:
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineers
- Manufacturing/Process Engineers
- Field Service Technicians
- Quality Engineers
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for engineering-focused U.S.-based roles
- Proven success supporting contract engineering/technician hiring for large U.S. enterprise clients
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs
- High-level expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter Premium
- Comfort working with the same tools and tech stack as any top on-shore agency
Schedule & Setup:
- Fully remote — EST hours (or similar overlap)
- Reliable home internet required
