About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager / Etsy Specialist to manage and grow our Etsy store focused on Astrology, Spiritual, Pooja, Vastu, Religious Products for international customers.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Etsy, with strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword research, product listings, Etsy Ads, competitor research, sales analytics and international e-commerce operations.
Experience with products such as Rudraksha, spiritual malas, gemstone/crystal bracelets, healing crystals, astrology products, dhoop/incense sticks, pooja items, religious products, Vastu products and spiritual gifting products will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the Etsy Shop.
- Create, optimize and manage Etsy product listings.
- Write SEO-friendly Etsy titles, descriptions, tags, attributes and product keywords.
- Conduct detailed Etsy keyword research for astrology, spiritual, pooja, Rudraksha, mala, bracelet, crystal, incense and Vastu products.
- Optimize existing listings to improve Etsy search visibility, traffic and conversions.
- Research competitor listings, keywords, pricing, images, reviews and product trends.
- Manage Etsy Ads, monitor performance, CPC, ROAS, clicks and conversions.
- Analyze Etsy Shop Stats and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Monitor daily orders, revenue, traffic, conversion rate, favorites, cancellations, refunds and customer queries.
- Manage product pricing, inventory, variations, offers and promotions.
- Coordinate with design and photography teams for Etsy product images, infographics and lifestyle creatives.
- Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for timely international order fulfillment.
- Handle customer messages and provide professional support to international customers.
- Monitor reviews and customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and listings.
- Research new trending products in Astrology, Spirituality, Pooja, Vastu, Crystals, Rudraksha and Religious categories.
- Prepare weekly/monthly Etsy sales reports and MIS.
- Develop strategies to increase organic Etsy traffic, orders, conversion rate and revenue.
- Monitor Etsy policies and marketplace updates to maintain shop health and compliance.
