# Etsy Account Manager
📍 *Location:* Surat, Gujarat
💼 *Work Mode:* Full-time | On-site
🕒 *Experience:* 2+ Years | Hands-on Etsy Experience Required
### About the Role
We are looking for an experienced *Etsy Account Manager* who can independently manage and grow our Etsy business.
This is *not a listing-only role*. We are looking for someone who can understand the complete Etsy business — from SEO and listings to ads, analytics, customer experience and sales growth.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow Etsy accounts from end to end
* Conduct Etsy SEO, keyword research and competitor analysis
* Create and optimize product listings, titles, tags and descriptions
* Manage Etsy Ads and monitor ROAS, ACOS, CTR and conversion
* Analyse shop performance and identify growth opportunities
* Improve traffic, conversion rate and overall sales
* Research international fashion trends and customer demand
* Coordinate with the fashion/design team for new products and listings
* Handle international customer queries professionally
* Monitor reviews, customer feedback and shop performance
* Use AI tools for SEO, research, content and fashion-related tasks
* Track weekly/monthly KPIs and prepare performance reports
* Take ownership of Etsy growth and continuously test new strategies
### Requirements
* 2+ years of *hands-on Etsy experience*
* Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and Etsy Ads
* Experience managing an Etsy account independently
* Good understanding of international customers, especially the USA market
* E-commerce/fashion experience is an advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good written English and customer communication
* Experience with AI tools is an advantage
* *Fashion Design knowledge/experience is an advantage*
* Willingness to work *full-time from our Surat office*
