E-Commerce Manager
📍 Location: Mango Stationery, Thane (Naupada)
💼 Experience: 3–6 years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
🕐 Working Days: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to manage our website and digital operations, coordinate with creative and external agencies, and ensure smooth execution of product updates, shoots, transactions and digital activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day website and e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate product additions, content, images and website updates.
- Monitor website performance and coordinate with technical teams/agencies for issue resolution.
- Manage digital transactions and maintain related records and reports.
- Maintain payment sheets, documentation and coordinate with the Accounts team.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Accounts, photographers and external agencies.
- Plan and coordinate product shoots, including product availability, requirements and timelines.
- Track team tasks, follow up on deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Support Customer Care with customer-related requirements and issues.
- Contribute ideas for digital campaigns, product communication and creative content.
- Identify opportunities to improve our digital presence, customer engagement and product presentation.
Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Website Management, Digital Operations or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of website and e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in vendor/agency coordination is preferred.
