Role Description:
ANJ Designs is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive with an understanding of the luxury interior design industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong digital brand presence, executing effective advertising campaigns, and generating high-quality leads for residential interior design and turnkey execution projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Plan and manage Instagram posts, reels, stories, and content calendars while maintaining a premium brand identity.
- Meta Ads & Lead Generation: Run and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate quality leads for residential interiors and turnkey projects.
- Website Management: Update and maintain the company website, project portfolios, content, and landing pages.
- Content Strategy: Develop creative campaigns showcasing luxury interiors, completed projects, and the ANJ Designs brand.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and conversions, and prepare regular reports.
- Digital Growth: Improve online visibility, audience engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook and Instagram advertising with a proven track record of generating quality leads.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of luxury interiors, architecture, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Experience in website management, basic optimization, and content creation.
- Knowledge of Canva, video editing, analytics, and performance marketing is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and analytical, with a results-driven approach.
