🚨 WE ARE HIRING | META ADS & LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

📌 Job Responsibilities
- Manage and run Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, specifically for lead generation.
- Handle a monthly Meta Ads budget of ₹5–6 lakh or more.
- Generate approximately 300–400 leads per day through Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns to achieve daily lead targets.
- Optimize campaigns to maintain a cost-effective Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, ad creatives, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor daily leads, ad spend, and campaign results.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and improve lead generation.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and lead generation.
- Candidates from the healthcare or FMCG industry preferred.
- Must have experience spending ₹5–6 lakh or more monthly specifically on Meta Ads.
- Proven experience generating 300–400 leads per day.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta lead generation campaigns.
