JOB TITLE : DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD
Minimum Experience Required :
7 – 10 years in FMCG/FMCD/E-Commerce in Digital/Brand Marketing Area.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
• Managing the entire end to end Digital marketing for all Brands.
• Manage a team of professionals in the area of digital marketing.
• Lead Digital Media Planning/Buying.
• Lead Social Media - Content Planning, Campaign Plan & execution.
• Lead Performance Marketing.
• Lead Website management, SEO & Google analytics.
• Lead digital strategy to drive searches and consideration.
• Showcase & Collate various metrics to prepare executive dashboards.
• Manage Influencer Marketing campaigns.
• ROI led approach on digital investments.
• Drive social commerce through D2C push.
• Manage large scale online video campaigns for traditional brands.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge skill sets of team for the latest trends & practises
• Ability to manage relationships with multiple agency partners.
• Ability to build and manage internal content/design team.
• Responsible for Online Reputation Management.
