We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)
We are looking for 1+ Years of experience for the International Voice Process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat with professionalism and accuracy
✅ Resolve customer concerns at the first point of contact
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Upsell products/services where appropriate
✅ Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
✅ Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✔ Experience in International Voice Process and Upselling
✔ Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
✔ Willingness to work with rotational week-offs
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference
