🚀 We're Hiring | Customer Care Executive
📍 Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 per month
We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, chats, and messages.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with service and app-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Care/Customer Service.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
🕘 Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 One weekday off
✅ Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
