We are excited to share an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join us as a Manager – Corporate Finance. This role is pivotal in driving our financial strategy, strengthening investor relations, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Fundraising, capital structuring & investor relations
• Cash flow & working capital management
• Feasibility studies, ROI analysis & strategic investments
• Ensuring compliance with financial, tax & regulatory guidelines
• Supporting M&A, JVs, and other strategic initiatives
Who we’re looking for:
• Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA
• 10+ years experience in corporate finance, treasury, or investment banking
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, ERP systems & advanced Excel
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, ethics, and communication skills
Key Performance Indicators:
• Forecast & budget accuracy
• Optimized cost of capital
• Timely fund availability
• Zero non-compliance
• Strong ROI & project payback
