🚗 Hiring | Finance Manager – Automobile Dealership
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the financial operations of an luxury segment automobile dealership and drive strong financial controls, profitability and compliance.
📍 Location: Kundalahalli, Bengaluru,
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
⭐ CA preferred for large dealerships
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Financial Management
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and banking transactions
• Monitor profitability across Vehicle Sales, Service and Spare Parts
• Manage vendor payments and receivables
🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze budget vs. actual performance and variances
• Provide financial insights for profitability improvement
🔹 Accounting & Compliance
• Ensure accurate accounting and statutory compliance
• Manage GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with OEM financial reporting requirements
🔹 Dealership Finance
• Partner with Sales, Service and Parts teams to monitor financial performance
• Manage vehicle inventory financing and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for customer vehicle financing
• Track OEM incentives, claims and reimbursements
🔹 Internal Controls & Risk
• Implement financial controls and audit procedures
• Identify and prevent financial discrepancies, fraud and leakages
• Conduct periodic internal and stock audits
🔹 Team Management
• Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations and documentation
• Train team members on financial policies and compliance
Ideal Candidate
✔️ 10–15 years of Finance/Accounting experience
✔️ Automobile dealership / Automotive industry experience preferred
✔️ Strong financial analysis, reporting and budgeting skills
✔️ Good understanding of GST and taxation
✔️ Experience in inventory finance and banking/loan coordination
✔️ Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP or dealership management systems
✔️ Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
