Skytec is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function from our Mumbai Office.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
• Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Implement and optimize ERP and accounting systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and business profitability.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and business planning.
Required Skills
✅ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting
✅ Financial Closing & Financial Reporting
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas preferred)
✅ ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar)
✅ Strong Leadership & Team Management
✅ Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management
✅ High level of Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Preferred Qualification
🎓 CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
Preferred Experience
• 8–15 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
• Proven experience leading Finance teams and mentoring professionals.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, and process improvements.
• Strong exposure to corporate environments with structured financial processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or international businesses will be an added advantage.
